LITTLE KITCHEN ACADEMY OAKVILLE ONTARIO WELCOMES NEW FRANCHISE OWNERS, CONTINUING ITS MISSION TO TRANSFORM LIVES FROM SCRATCH

Former LKA Parents Greg Mozesson and Fatima Murtaza Bring Passion for Empowering Children and Building Community Through Cooking

Oakville, ON, October 21, 2025Little Kitchen Academy (LKA), the premier Montessori-inspired cooking academy for children and teens ages 3 through 18, is proud to welcome Greg Mozesson and Fatima Murtaza as the new Franchise Owners of LKA Oakville South.

Greg and Fatima’s journey with LKA began as parents, enrolling their young son in classes.  Inspired by the transformation they witnessed-confidence, independence, and real-life skills-they are now stepping into ownership to bring the same impact to more families in their community.

“The impact of Little Kitchen Academy is tangible-we’ve seen it firsthand in our own child,” said Fatima Murtaza.  “From the moment he stepped into the kitchen, his confidence and independence flourished.  We’re incredibly grateful to the Oakville community for embracing LKA and supporting our family’s journey from parents to owners.”

Greg, a 17-year executive in the financial services industry, brings his strategic mindset and commitment to operational excellence.  Fatima, a Child and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience, brings deep expertise in child development and emotional wellness.

“LKA gives children and teens a safe space to be curious and discover what they’re capable of,” said Greg Mozesson.  “We’re all born with infinite potential-LKA helps unlock it.  I’m proud to use my business skills to support a place that means so much to our family and our community.”

“Greg and Fatima’s story is a beautiful reflection of our mission,” said Brian Curin, CEO/CMO & Co-Founder of Little Kitchen Academy.  “They’ve lived the experience as parents and now cook it forward as owners.  The impact they’ve seen is exactly why we do what we do, and we’re thankful to the Oakville community for continuing to believe in our purpose.”

At Little Kitchen Academy Oakville South, every class gives students the opportunity to work independently in their own fully equipped kitchen stations—building practical life skills, learning about food and nutrition, and gaining confidence that lasts far beyond the kitchen.
