Join a dynamic team that supports the success of all LKA locations. At our head office, you will: 

• Contribute to company-wide projects and initiatives  
• Provide operational and administrative support 
• Help maintain consistency and quality across our network 

Work in Our Environments 

Bring the LKA experience to life in our kitchens! As a Director or Instructor, you’ll create a safe, inspiring space for children and teens to learn practical life skills through cooking. You will: 

• Lead classes in a Montessori-inspired environment 
• Foster independence and confidence in young learners 
• Engage with local communities to build strong connections 

You might be a great fit if you are: 

• Kind, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic about working with children and teens 
• Passionate about healthy living and lifelong learning 
• Collaborative and supportive, thriving in a team-focused environment 
• First Aid and food safety certified, with a clear criminal record check 
• Committed to LKA core values: health, empowerment, joy, mindfulness, learning, delight, and inspiration 
• Ideally, you also bring a background in childhood education, culinary or hospitality experience, and a flexible schedule
